exhale unlimited

There is an exhibition going on right now in Chinatown (in which I am participating) of art postcards from all over the world. The goal of the exhibit is to raise money for a local organization that fosters creativity in under-privileged youth. The gallery, called Exhale Unlimited, was started by a doctor who has done medical relief work all around the world. The goal of all of its exhibits is to raise money for various non-profit organizations. This particular exhibit will be benefitting an organization called Art Division, which is a professional art training program for underserved young adults. I stopped by this weekend to take a look, and came away inspired by the art and the global participation, as well as by the concept behind the gallery. The cards are selling quickly and will be up through Feb. 10th!
